STV has served the energy industry for more than 25 years, providing services for projects that transport crude oil, refined petroleum products, natural gas and electricity, as well as related facility projects. Through a dedicated group of more than 120 management and technical energy experts, STV’s energy practice serves clients and projects throughout the United States, with extensive experience in the Mid-Atlantic, Gulf Coast, Midwest, Northeast, and Southeast.

Wide-ranging assignments in the liquid petroleum and natural gas midstream sector include gathering and transmission pipelines for all types of liquid petroleum, natural gas, specialty gases, and related process and storage facilities.

STV excels at small and large projects alike and has the ability to complete projects via a variety of delivery methods. The firm has successfully completed numerous capital investment, integrity management, maintenance, third-party encroachment, and environmental compliance/restoration programs that encompass planning, authorization for expenditure, feasibility studies, route studies, business development support, permitting, front-end engineering and design, detailed design, and construction management services.
