Chief Plumbing Engineer Named Top 20 Under 40

We are pleased to announce that James Perise, P.E., LEED® AP, BD+C, STV vice president and chief plumbing engineer, has been recognized by Engineering News-Record (ENR) New York as one of its 20 top design and construction professionals under 40 years old.

Perise, 39, is one of our firm’s youngest vice presidents. As leader of the Buildings & Facilities Division’s plumbing engineering group in the Northeast, he strives to challenge his team to think critically and outside the box. He was the lead plumbing and fire protection engineer for a number of high-profile initiatives, is active in numerous industry groups, and has volunteered his time in support of such non-profits as the Callen Lorde Community Health Center, a New York City medical facility that provides sensitive, quality health care and related services targeted to New York’s lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities.
