To help combat congestion in Greater Houston — one of America’s fastest-growing metro areas — STV delivered planning studies as a subconsultant for a major transportation corridor in the region. STV’s services included conceptual engineering and cost analysis for light rail transit, bus rapid transit and commuter rail, with the goal of identifing the most suitable alternative for high-capacity transportation in the corridor.
