STV/RWA provided preliminary and final site design for trackwork, bridges, site infrastructure, permitting, drainage, and construction management services for a new Norfolk Southern Railway automobile mixing facility. The facility allows the Ford Motor Company to ship cars directly from the factory, rather than diverting them to a shipping facility. This project was the first of its type contracted by Ford.
