This mixed-use development comprises the majority of a city block in downtown Baltimore and consists of retail stores and restaurants at the street level, as well as 384 residential units on upper floors. The project involves both renovation of existing structures and construction of new residential and commercial facilities. STV prepared master plans, public improvement documents, infrastructure analysis and construction documents, site grading, sediment control, landscape design, and specifications. It also provided post-award services.
