STV managed a boundary and topographic survey performed by another firm for this 540-unit Continuing Care Retirement Community, located on 77 acres of steeply rolling hills, woodlands, streams, and wetlands. The environmental portion focused on conducting a wetland delineation of the project area and conducting a Pennsylvania Natural Diversity Index search for the presence of rare, threatened, or endangered plant and animal species. In addition, the firm prepared a cultural resource notice of the proposed project to the Pennsylvania Historic and Museum Commission.
