STV provided civil engineering services for a state-of-the-art forensic science laboratory for the Maryland State Police. The remaining portion of the site was rough graded with utility lines placed below the new paving installed for the science lab for connection to the future Baltimore County Police Precinct Building. The firm prepared civil engineering drawings and obtained the necessary approvals from Baltimore County for road improvements and utility connections within the County right of way, and the Maryland Department of the Environment for environmental issues.
