Philadelphia International Airport Pipeline Relocation (Philadelphia, PA)
As part of a continuous services contract with a pipeline client, STV designed and permitted a 4,400-foot relocation for two 24-inch crude oil pipelines to accommodate the addition of a new International Terminal — referred to as Terminal One — at the Philadelphia International Airport. The project began with a feasibility study to identify potential corridors and constraints, develop alternative solutions, identify applicable permits and determine right-of-way. Upon completion of the feasibility study, a route was selected and STV prepared the engineering design and permits required to facilitate the project. The firm also provided field engineering support.
