STV, in joint venture, is performing project and construction management services in support of the implementation of the Chabot-Las Positas Community College District’s Measure A Bond Program, which was approved by voters in 2016. One of the overriding goals of this program is the construction, repair, modernization and expansion at the existing college campuses in order to meet the evolving needs of students and the community.

As part of this task order, STV is providing project and construction management services for a new baseball field at the Chabot College Campus. The project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing baseball field, bleachers, site lighting, dugouts, batting cages, bullpens and scoreboard, along with the renovation of the adjacent restrooms and accessible pathways.
