As part of a task order contract, STV conducted a feasibility study, culminating in the design of a mini master plan for a new Keystone Center building at East Stroudsburg University. The four-story 269,000-gross-square-foot space houses student-centered functions such as the library, a bookstore, a convenience store, student activity offices, food service, lounges and meeting rooms. Many spaces are designed for dual functions. For example, the food preparation and dining spaces of the student center will be designed so they can support the hotel, restaurant and tourism programs. STV prepared conceptual elevations, floor plans and electronic renderings of the proposed building for use in fund-raising efforts and garnering campus support for the project.
