STV is providing full-service design for a new crude system pump station that includes coriolis mass flow metering, prover, valve manifold, pig launchers and sumps. The firm also designed the new electrical feed and medium-voltage requirements for the station and provided environmental permitting, surveying, FEED and final engineering services for the proposed 4.5-mile 12-inch pipeline.
