STV is providing engineering, design, instrumentation/controls, and electrical engineering and design, balance of plant and safety PLC programming, project management, procurement services, pre-startup safety review procedure and documentation, and start-up and commissioning support for a Phase I Refrigeration Gas Processing Plant, which is currently in the construction phase; a Phase I Compressor Station; and a Phase II Compressor Station. This system includes two low-pressure gathering networks utilizing a total of 48 miles of HDPE pipe combining 149 wells to feed the refrigeration and compressor stations. The compressor stations will distribute dehydrated hydrocarbon liquids and gas to the refrigeration plant.
