What does employee ownership mean?
When employees become participants in STV’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), they share the
rewards and the responsibilities of employee ownership.
It is more than a retirement plan. Each year, STV contributes an amount equivalent to a percentage of your salary and invests it in STV stock. Once eligible, the longer you stay with us, the more stock you own. This means your performance matters.

Continuing Education Program – Drexel University On-Line
Through a collaboration between STV and Drexel University, our employees can earn their bachelor’s or master’s degree or a certificate in any of Drexel's distinguished online programs. As an added benefit, immediate family members of employees are also eligible for tuition reductions for the online programs. Delivered fully online, Drexel's programs are highly interactive and are designed for working professionals seeking to earn a degree.
