Vincent Carita, P.E., Esq, LEED AP, Joins STV as Senior Counsel

Vincent Carita, P.E., Esq., has joined STV as Senior Counsel in its Legal Department. He will be involved in all aspects of the team’s practice providing legal services to STV, including working closely with the firm's construction management and design professionals, to assist with claims and risk mitigation. 

Vincent is a highly-qualified attorney licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland and New York.  He brings to STV approximately 18 years of legal expertise coupled with a strong engineering and construction background. Prior to joining the firm, he was Senior Litigation counsel to a major insurance company, where he was responsible for litigation and case management of matters involving architectural, engineering and construction liability. He has successfully represented clients at numerous mediation and arbitration proceedings. During his career, he has served as an attorney for private law practices as well as engineering and architectural consultancy firms.
