To streamline travel for customers passing through JFK International Airport in Queens, NY, Delta Air Lines embarked on a $1.4 billion terminal expansion and redevelopment program to relocate international operations from Terminal 3 to Terminal 4. The reconfiguration has helped ease congestion at airline baggage claim and security checkpoint areas, and made international travel through JFK more convenient for Delta customers.
