STV provided owner’s project management services for several Connecticut Children's Medical Center (CCMC) projects. These initiatives include comprehensive on-site project management services for multiple capital improvements at the main campus; FF&E coordination and move management services for the build-out of 32,000 square feet of administrative offices; and the renovation, design, and build-out of its state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology lab.
