As part of a larger program to expand capacity at the Connecticut Institute for Communities (CIFC) Greater Danbury Community Health Center, STV performed owner’s project management (OPM) services for a new, 8,500-square-foot addition. This new wing features three new dental operatories, a new family medicine suite, eight additional pediatric and adult medicine exam rooms, and a primary care simulation that will be used by CIFC’s Teaching Health Center program. 

As OPM, STV provided services including finance and budget management, as well as construction administration/observation and commissioning. The team also managed/monitored the construction loan process and executed the application for all project accounting requirements from the various financing parties.

CIFC Health is a federally qualified community health center, with a state mission of ensuring affordable, accessible, comprehensive, high quality health care to residents in the Danbury area. The original facility, which doubles as CIFC headquarters, was designed with future expansion in mind.
