This Extended Stay America Hotel in Fairfax, VA, began as an atypical five-story Studio Plus Hotel. The final product is a hybrid of the Extended Stay America and Studio Plus designs with an exterior designed to blend with the existing Fair Oaks neighborhood. STV provided surveying, planning, architectural and engineering services for this project, which has become the hallmark of atypical hotel architecture for Extended Stay America Hotels.
