STV provided full-time resident engineering services for the duration of this project -- the construction of a 75-slip marina for pleasure craft, a wave attenuation screen for marina protection and an ADA-approved access system for Harbor Island Ferry berthing. The project required extensive cooperation with local organizations, including the Boston Harbor Islands group, Central Artery/Tunnel Project, National Park Service and the City of Boston.
