To optimize operations, increase capacity, and accommodate future growth, STV’s client has undertaken a substantial renovation and expansion of its Linden Junction facility in Linden, NJ. The estimated $68 million project will result in manifold upgrades and automation, site power upgrades, controls upgrades, a new control building, and accommodations for future project build-outs.

STV provided electrical, structural, mechanical, civil, instrumentation and controls, and environmental engineering and design, and cost estimating services for the upgrades, as well as a topographical survey of the approximately 13-acre site. The project was the result of a facilities master plan STV developed under a separate contract. The upgrades will reconfigure the manifold from six common delivery pumps that served nine lines to nine dedicated pumps serving one line each.
