Madison Park North
Madison Park North is a $120 million redevelopment which aims to be transformative for West Baltimore and an economic driver for the city. The eight-acre mixed-use project is anchored by a 50,000-square-foot innovation center, which is being targeted to tech companies, co-working space, entrepreneurship and workforce training, with the goal of creating jobs and launching new startups. STV is providing site planning, surveys, civil engineering and landscape architecture services for this transformative project.
The innovation center will be integrated into an overall planned development with 300 to 500 new apartments and 73,000 square feet of retail, 30,000 square feet of medical office space and a community health center, multiplying the potential opportunities and benefits to the community.
