Under a three-year term agreement, the New Jersey Department of Transportation selected STV to perform concept development (CD) studies on an as-needed basis throughout the state. Under this contract, STV will perform data collection and alternatives analyses, selecting a preliminary preferred alternative for each project as it is assigned. The projects can include bridge, safety, roadway, pavement, corridor, rockfall, and other CD studies.
