STV provided construction management services for the installation of closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems, access control and associated security surveillance systems for numerous New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) housing developments. STV was one of three firms tasked with providing CM-as-agent services for NYCHA’s entire CCTV portfolio. STV’s portion included 34 separate projects distributed throughout 34 different developments. The projects addressed quality of life issues for NYCHA residents and staff and were time-sensitive and open to public scrutiny on a daily basis. The new CCTV cameras replaced and/or augmented existing cameras in the developments.
