Scot SibertCHARLOTTE, NC – STV, a leading professional services firm that plans, designs and manages infrastructure projects across North America, today announced that Scot Sibert has joined the firm as vice president, South/Central transit director. In this role, Sibert will work closely with STV’s transportation clients in the Midwest and southeast on transit projects that connect communities and economies. He will also spearhead the firm’s transportation expansion in the Carolinas, including client services and project oversight in the two states.

Prior to joining STV, Sibert led transit and rail planning and engineering design at a global professional services firm. Throughout his career, Sibert has been responsible for building transit and rail practices, client and stakeholder engagement, as well as managing teams of more than 20 transit and rail experts.

Sibert earned his Master of Science, Regional Planning from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
