STV managed the construction and relocation of Eastern Bank in Lynn, MA, as well as the company’s new Boston headquarters and bank at 265 Franklin Street. The program consolidated several remote downtown locations. STV oversaw the design team selection, project programming, overall budget, schedule development, contractor selection, construction administration, voice/data coordination, furniture selection, lease and work letter review, and relocation.
