Program/Construction Management Services: Owner’s Project Management
STV was contracted by InnoPad to perform owner’s project management services in support of a building renovation for Innpoad Headquarters, providing the site selection, due diligence and lease evaluation phases to ensure the headquarters and manufacturing facility location would meet growth and production needs. The project involved renovating an existing structure comprised of 3,720 square feet of office space and 24,500 square feet of production space. STV’s role included included the engagement of the design and construction teams, along with other specialty consultants, evaluation of cost estimates and review of all programming, design, and construction documents. The firm contributed provided project oversight and controls, including design management, comprehensive construction administration, FF&E procurement and move planning services. The space features a 2,200 square-foot, class 10K clean room as well as a state-of-the-art reverse osmosis (RODI) water system.
