Monotype Imaging relocated its corporate headquarters to a newly renovated 42,250 square-foot office space at building 600 in Unicorn Park in Woburn, MA. The renovation and relocation affected 180 employees and positions the staff within a more open concept and collaborative environment. To support Monotype with this program, STV provided full project management services including lease review, pre-construction & construction administration, furniture, fixtures & equipment coordination (FF&E), and move planning.
