Monotype Imaging is a U.S. company that specializes in digital typesetting and typeface design for use with consumer electronics devices. The firm relocated its corporate headquarters to a newly renovated 42,250-square-foot office space in Woburn, MA. The new office featured a more open concept and updated collaborative spaces.
To support Monotype with this program, STV provided full project management services including lease review, pre-construction & construction administration, furniture, fixtures & equipment coordination (FF&E), and move planning.
