STV was one of the first architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) firms to sign the Equity in Infrastructure Project (EIP) Pledge and commit to advancing equity in infrastructure.
STV’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-led groups that foster a sense of community, support and empowerment for underrepresented individuals. ERGs are available to all STV team members and provide a platform to connect, share experiences, drive change and contribute to a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
