NEW YORK, NY – STV today announced Anthony Pastore, MBA, has joined the firm as senior vice president and Northeast regional manager of the firm’s program management and construction management (PM/CM) group. In this role, Pastore will oversee regional coordination, client engagement and business development efforts, with a focus on strategic growth across the northeast. 

Pastore brings more than 30 years of PM/CM experience throughout the Northeast, having led major initiatives across the aviation and transportation sectors, as well as historic, mixed-use, residential and retail developments.  

“Anthony’s appointment marks a pivotal step in advancing STV’s strategic vision for the northeast, enhancing our ability to deliver exceptional service for complex, large-scale infrastructure initiatives,” said Luis Delgado, CCM, PMP, president of the PM/CM group at STV. “His proven leadership and deep industry expertise will be instrumental in further elevating STV’s PM/CM capabilities on critical projects that help shape the communities we serve.” 

Throughout his career, Pastore has been a leader in projects for major transportation agencies, aviation clients and redevelopment commissions across the New York City metropolitan area. He is a member of the Municipal Art Society of New York; a journeyman with local union no. 157 of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America; and an adjunct professor at Fordham University’s Real Estate Institute. Pastore received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and Master of Business Administration from Strayer University. 

STV has a long-standing track record of providing a wide range of PM/CM services to support the communities throughout the Northeast, including the state-of-the-art trash terminal at New York City Housing Authority’s Polo Grounds Towers, as well as resilience improvements at NYC Health + Hospital’s/Metropolitan and Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hospital, for which STV received an award of merit from Engineering News-Record New York’s project of the year awards
