Eva Hamori, director of move management and certified change management practitioner for the program management and construction management (PM/CM) team at STV, has been honored with the 2025 Lifetime Preservation Award by the North Andover Historical Society. The award recognizes her longstanding civic contributions to preserving the town’s cultural and physical heritage.
Hamori, a native and resident of North Andover, Massachusetts, has focused on giving back to her community. She has led the 140-year-old North Andover Improvement Society for nearly 25 years and has served trustee of the town’s Stevens Memorial Library for over 16 years. Hamori is currently in her fourth term as a member of the town’s School Building Committee and is a past member of North Andover’s Finance Committee and the Police Station Building Committee.
Hamori has been with STV for over twenty years and leads STV’s move management practice in New England. This practice plans and executes complex, large-scale relocations across various market sectors, including corporate, commercial, healthcare and education.
“Eva and her team approach each project with a deep understanding of operational requirements and people’s needs,” said James Kolb, area manager for the PM/CM team in Massachusetts. “Her leadership ensures relocations are not just efficient moves, but strategic transitions that strengthen our clients’ operations and culture.”
Hamori serves as a mentor for a team whose work goes beyond moving furniture and technology – it encompasses detailed project planning, employee engagement and change management strategies to minimize disruption and preserve organizational and corporate culture during relocations.
Recent STV projects within this space include:
- HarbourVest Partners, Boston: Directed a 250,000-square-foot, 11-floor relocation at One Lincoln Street, one of Boston’s most significant office moves since 2020. The project involved coordinating schedules for hundreds of employees, managing IT infrastructure transitions, and ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Bain & Company, Boston: Oversaw a 175,000-square-foot move to eight floors at 350 Boylston Street, supporting a major management consulting firm with careful sequencing to maintain client service and internal workflows.
- AstraZeneca, Cambridge: Leading a multiphase 570,000-square-foot relocation to a new R&D and office facility in Kendall Square, scheduled through 2026. The multi-year project requires coordination across labs, offices, and specialized research equipment, blending move management expertise with change leadership.
