GinaMarie Napoli, a project manager within STV’s program management and construction management (PM/CM) group in New York, has been selected as a 2026 Construction Champions Rising Star by Construction Dive.
The Construction Champions program highlights women across the commercial construction industry who are shaping the future of the profession through leadership, technical excellence and a commitment to mentorship. Rising Stars are recognized for making a meaningful impact early in their careers, demonstrating both professional growth and industry influence.
At STV, Napoli supports complex healthcare programs, providing project management services spanning planning, coordination and execution for institutional clients. Her work has included managing renovations, Americans with Disabilities Act upgrades and space reconfigurations that require close collaboration with end users, design teams and contractors.
Napoli’s path into construction began with an early interest in engineering, which was encouraged by educators who recognized both her aptitude for problem-solving and the importance of increasing representation within the field. That encouragement, combined with her fascination with seeing projects evolve from concept to completion, helped shape her decision to pursue a career in construction management.
In addition to her project responsibilities, Napoli plays an active role in professional development initiatives at STV. She serves as chair of the PM/CM Certification Committee, helping promote industry credentials and continuing education opportunities that support career growth across the firm. A certified associate construction manager (CACM), Napoli has earned industry recognition for both her technical expertise and her commitment to leadership development.
“What sets GinaMarie apart is her commitment to lifting others as she grows,” said David Kelly, vice president and healthcare practice leader for STV’s PM/CM team. “She leads by listening, collaborating and taking ownership of complex challenges, and she understands that leadership isn’t just about delivering projects – it’s about developing people and strengthening the industry.”
Napoli is also deeply engaged with the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), where she was selected to participate in the association’s Emerging Leaders Program—an intensive, yearlong experience designed to prepare the next generation of construction management leaders. Through CMAA, Napoli has contributed to national conversations on mentorship, generational collaboration and leadership development.
