PORTLAND, OR – Ja-Mie Luey, P.E., an experienced project manager who has played a key part in the development of multiple new light rail and transit systems throughout North and South America, has joined STV as a vice president and West Coast rail and transit systems lead. He will be based in Beaverton, OR, and will report directly to John Ponzio, P.E., STV vice president and national practice leader for systems, safety and security.
