Keith Benjamin, vice president and national cities initiative leader at STV, has been selected to serve on the U.S. Conference of Mayors Business Council. During his three-year term, Benjamin will help guide engagement between the nation’s mayors and the private sector, supporting collaboration on policies and investments that advance city priorities through coordinated policy-to-project alignment and delivery-focused collaboration.
“The work of the U.S. Conference of Mayors underscores the importance of strong partnerships between public leadership and the private sector,” Benjamin said. “At STV, we work closely with cities to translate priorities into deliverable solutions, and I look forward to bringing that practical, city-focused perspective to the Council’s work.”
Benjamin brings extensive experience working at the intersection of policy, planning and infrastructure. In his role leading STV’s national cities work, he partners with mayors, senior staff and civic leaders to advance community-focused transportation and infrastructure solutions, helping move shared priorities from policy discussions to implementation.
Through the U.S. Conference of Mayors Business Council, the organization brings together mayors and corporate leaders to collaborate on approaches that support implementable, long-term investments in urban infrastructure and services. As a member of the Steering Committee, Benjamin will help shape opportunities for business leaders to actively support mayors in advancing shared priorities for long-term prosperity, drawing on STV’s experience working alongside cities to deliver complex infrastructure programs.
