STV is celebrating alongside its clients and partners after LaGuardia Airport (LGA) was once again named the Best U.S. Airport by Forbes Travel Guide’s Verified Air Travel Awards. The honor marks the second consecutive year that LaGuardia has received this distinction, recognizing the airport’s transformation into a world-class travel hub that redefines the passenger experience.

As a key program and construction management (PM/CM) partner for both Terminal B and Terminal C, STV is honored to have contributed to LaGuardia’s historic redevelopment – a landmark initiative that set new standards for modern airport design, sustainability and operational excellence.

STV served as PM/CM for Delta Air Lines’ Terminal C, providing comprehensive program management services across 21 subprojects to help realize a seamless, state-of-the-art passenger environment. The firm also provided construction management services for the Terminal B Redevelopment, a crucial part of the airport’s larger $8 billion transformation, overseeing the reimagining of a 1.3 million-square-foot terminal with new concourses, roadways and arrivals and departures halls.

Earlier this year, LaGuardia’s Terminal C was also recognized with a Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) Metro NY/NJ Project of the Year Award, underscoring the project’s innovation and impact within the industry.
