Lynn Feng, California mobility technology solutions leader at STV, has been appointed to the Board of Directors for the Southern California Chapter of the International Chinese Transportation Professionals Association (ICTPA-SCC), marking her first formal leadership role within the association.
ICTPA is a nonprofit professional organization dedicated to connecting and supporting transportation practitioners with Chinese heritage, along with their allies worldwide. The organization advances professional development, encourages technical and knowledge exchange and fosters fellowship across the transportation field: from planning and engineering to construction, operations and emerging technologies.
“I see this as an opportunity to both represent STV and deepen my support of the transportation community in Southern California and beyond,” Feng said.
Serving members across Greater Los Angeles and the broader region, ICTPA-SCC plays an active role in convening professionals from public agencies, academia, consulting and design firms and contractors. Through technical programs, networking events and annual galas, the SCC chapter focuses on helping members strengthen both technical expertise and leadership capabilities, while also encouraging collaboration between the U.S. and Asia on transportation and infrastructure topics.
Over the past decade, Feng has been an active member of ICTPA-SCC, participating in technical events and social gatherings, as well as supporting the planning of annual galas.
“With this new role, my goal is to be more strategic in how I contribute,” Feng said. “That includes elevating the visibility of ICTPA-SCC, empowering Chinese transportation professionals and allies working in the U.S. and creating more pathways for students and early-career professionals to access mentorship and leadership opportunities.”
Feng also hopes to further strengthen cross-border knowledge exchange between the U.S. and Asia on issues shaping the future of mobility, including zero-emission transportation, mobility technology, data-driven planning and resilient infrastructure. These priorities closely align with her work at STV, where she supports initiatives focused on mobility innovation, decarbonization and workforce development, as well as the firm’s broader commitment to building a future-ready infrastructure workforce.
