STV’s Marilisa Stigliano earned a coveted spot on City & State New York’s 2025 Trailblazers in Construction list. Recognizing industry figures from across New York, the annual program spotlights top leaders in construction, from executives to public officials and advocates, who are reshaping New York through innovation and major projects.

Stigliano serves as STV’s senior vice president of financial planning and analysis, where she drives budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and key financial and strategic analysis. Since joining the firm in 2021, Stigliano has led major initiatives to streamline business operations and increase operational efficiency. She played a major role in transforming STV’s internal project management program with a data-driven approach.

“Behind every project in our industry are teams of experts, including engineers, contractors, operations directors, project managers, lawyers, digital advocates and financial leads, all of whom make an impact,” Stigliano said. “I’m thrilled to see so many people celebrated by City & State who play such diverse roles in generational projects that are transforming infrastructure across New York and the country, such as a new passenger tunnel at Grand Central Terminal or an upgraded terminal at LaGuardia Airport. I’m truly honored to receive this recognition.”

Stigliano recently concluded her three-year term on the Board of Directors for the New York Building Congress (NYBC) and is the founding co-chair of NYBC’s Young Professionals Committee.  She has served as an associate professor within Columbia University’s construction engineering and management master’s program. Stigliano serves on the Advisory Board for the Columbia University Center of Buildings, Infrastructure and Public Spaces, and is on the board of directors for the Professional Women in Construction New York Chapter.
