NEW YORK, NY – Patrick McCollom, P.E., a veteran program and construction management professional with more than 25 years of experience overseeing the delivery of large-scale, complex aviation facilities and transportation systems, has joined STV as a vice president and senior program manager. He will be based in the firm’s Dallas office and report to Executive Vice President Marcos Díaz González.
Over the course of his career, McCollom has managed, administered, and overseen more than $3 billion in major transportation and aviation programs and projects. In his role at STV, McCollom will help aviation clients succeed when they need program management and advisory services.

Prior to joining STV, McCollom was a vice president at a multinational architecture, engineering, and construction firm. His program and project experience includes leading airside and landside infrastructure improvements and modernizations, program management, program transitions and staff augmentation services at major airports, including Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport in Texas, San Diego International Airport in California, Wichita Eisenhower National Airport in Kansas, Fort Lauderdale – Hollywood International Airport in Florida, Chicago O’Hare International Airport in Illinois, Denver International Airport in Colorado, McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas, and Guam International Airport.
McCollom earned his Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign.
