Rebecca Jump, a planner at STV Philadelphia, has been recognized by the Greater Valley Forge Transportation Management Association (GVF) as one of its 2026 Top Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Professionals Under 40.
The annual award honors emerging leaders who are making meaningful contributions to transportation demand management and advancing innovative approaches to mobility. The recognition highlights professionals who are helping communities improve access, connectivity and transportation choices through creative planning and collaboration.
“It’s really meaningful to be recognized by GVF alongside so many talented transportation professionals,” Jump said. “Much of my work has focused on transit-oriented development (TOD) and understanding how transportation investments can support broader community goals. I have enjoyed being able to bring together mobility, land use, and community perspectives to help create more connected and accessible places.”
Jump has supported a range of transportation planning initiatives across Pennsylvania and the East Coast, helping public agencies improve transit access, mobility and long-term community outcomes. Her experience includes transit development planning, transit-oriented development, zero-emission fleet planning, public outreach and data-driven transportation analysis. Through projects for agencies such as the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Hampton Roads Transit and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) in New York, she has helped develop transportation solutions that connect people to jobs, services and opportunities.
“Rebecca brings a thoughtful, community-focused perspective to transportation planning,” said Alexis Williams, AICP, PP, principal and planning director at STV. “This recognition reflects the positive impact she is making for our clients and the communities they serve.”
