SAN ANTONIO, TX – STV, professional services firm that plans, designs and manages infrastructure projects across North America, today announced that Rodrigo Salinas has joined the firm as senior vice president and national development director for the firm’s Construction Management (CM) operating group. In this role, Salinas will focus on developing new industry relationships and expanding STV’s CM workforce.

Prior to STV, Salinas dedicated more than 30 years to developing national business strategy for leading architecture, engineering and design firms. Most recently, he served as a business leader for an infrastructure consulting firm, specializing in education, municipal and state-wide capital improvement programs.
Salinas is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in architecture. He also earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Texas at Austin. He is an active member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).
