SAN ANTONIO, TX – STV, professional services firm that plans, designs and manages infrastructure projects across North America, today announced that Rodrigo Salinas has joined the firm as senior vice president and national development director for the firm’s Construction Management (CM) operating group. In this role, Salinas will focus on developing new industry relationships and expanding STV’s CM workforce.
“Rodrigo is a transformational leader who understands the ever-changing needs of our clients and will inspire the STV team supporting them,” said Luis Delgado, CCM, PMP, president of the national CM group at STV. “Based on our extensive history collaborating on major projects, I know he can position his teams for sustained growth while maintaining a commitment to quality delivery and client experience.”
Prior to STV, Salinas dedicated more than 30 years to developing national business strategy for leading architecture, engineering and design firms. Most recently, he served as a business leader for an infrastructure consulting firm, specializing in education, municipal and state-wide capital improvement programs.
Salinas is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in architecture. He also earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Texas at Austin. He is an active member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).
