Keith Benjamin, vice president and national planning leader STV’s Cities Initiative, has been selected for the Eno Center for Transportation’s highly prestigious Transportation Senior Executive (TSE) program.
The Eno Center is a nonprofit independent thinktank that provides research and guidance on transportation policy. Its TSE program – which is being held March 23-28 in Alexandria, VA – is an intensive, executive-level program that brings together leaders from across the transportation industry to engage in high-level discussions on strategy, leadership, and the future of the field. It is tailored specifically for senior-level managers with a strong commitment to the transportation industry and who currently serve in a senior leadership role.
“This is an incredible opportunity for me to refine my leadership skills and learn some new and exciting strategic techniques that will help both me personally as a professional, as well as the clients and communities we serve,” Benjamin said. “I’m very much looking forward to this immersive program and extend my gratitude to STV for supporting my application.”
As STV’s national planning lead for the Cities Initiative, Benjamin is focused on improving local communities by growing the organization’s influence as a trusted advisor to clients, stakeholders and decision-makers.
Prior to joining STV last year, Benjamin served as the associate administrator for highway policy and external affairs for the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). In this role, he engaged members of Congress, state agencies, local communities and others in the implementation of Bipartisan Infrastructure Law funding, as well as FHWA’s FY22-26 strategic plan.
