Ivanna Kaid Bay, an engineer at STV, has been selected for the 2026 cohort of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Oklahoma Emerging Leaders Program, a professional development initiative focused on preparing the next generation of leaders in the engineering industry. The program provides leadership training, industry engagement and networking opportunities for rising professionals identified as future leaders within their organizations.

Chosen through a competitive application process that considered professional experience, leadership potential and industry involvement, Kaid Bay will participate in a series of leadership development sessions alongside engineering professionals from across Oklahoma. Through the program, participants gain exposure to industry challenges and opportunities while building the skills needed to advance as leaders within their firms and communities.

“I’m excited for the opportunity to connect with and learn from other engineering professionals across Oklahoma,” Kaid Bay said. “While I enjoy the technical side of engineering, I also want to continue growing as a leader. I hope this experience helps me strengthen my leadership and communication skills, expand my professional network and bring new perspectives back to my work at STV.”
