The WTS Greater New York (GNY) Chapter has named STV Employer of the Year, recognizing the firm’s ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace and advancing the recruitment, development and leadership of women in the transportation and infrastructure industry.

The Employer of the Year Award – which was presented at the chapter’s annual meeting and awards dinner – honors organizations with a strong record of hiring and promoting women, that support continuing education and professional development and provide meaningful mentorship and internship opportunities for women pursuing careers in transportation. STV’s selection highlights a long-standing focus on building equitable career pathways and investing in talent at every stage.
