CINCINNATI, OH – STV, a leading professional services firm that plans, designs and manages infrastructure projects across North America, today announced it has been selected as Project Manager/Construction Manager (PM/CM) for Elevate CVG, the multi-year terminal modernization program at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG).
To meet growing passenger demand and expedite passenger processing, CVG will undergo a total replacement of the existing baggage handling system with a state-of-the-art individual carrier system as well as the expansion of the terminal ticketing area and security checkpoint. The multi-phase modernization program will also renovate the transportation tunnel for travelers; concourses A and B; public restrooms; and elevators/escalators. STV is managing the overall program including the design, scheduling, financial controls, contracts management, inspection services, project controls, operational readiness as well as coordinating move-in and closeout activities – all while the airport remains active, with anticipated completion in 2029.

With nonstop service to 55 destinations from 14 airlines, CVG offers more departures than any surrounding airport. The airport also serves as the seventh busiest cargo airport in North America, home to two global air hubs: Amazon Air’s Hub and DHL Express’ Global Superhub for the Americas.
