Commercial Observer, a leading commercial real estate media company, selected STV’s Pamela Iriarte Noya, AIA, NOMA, NCARB, LEED GA, architect, and Samantha Bromberg, AICP, senior planner, to the publication’s 2025 Top Young Professionals in Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) list. The magazine’s annual program spotlights the emerging leaders in the AEC industry who are making their mark in New York City.
An expert in 3D modeling and building information modeling (BIM), Iriarte Noya designs projects in transportation and education spaces that emphasize resilience. Serving as lead architect on the redevelopment of Moynihan Train Hall in New York, she worked with STV’s visualization team to develop a virtual reality rendering of the proposed design, providing the client with a unique walk-through experience.
“Architecture is about the bigger picture,” said Iriarte Noya, who joined STV in 2022. “Whether it’s designing a hospital or school or more resilient infrastructure, my goal is to center human health and wellness, while incorporating the latest tools and innovations to bring these designs to life. I’m honored to receive this distinction from Commercial Observer.”
In addition to Moynihan Train Hall, Iriarte Noya also helped support flood protection upgrades for a maintenance yard owned by the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA). She is a graduate of Pratt Institute’s five-year architecture program and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA).
Bromberg was highlighted for her environmental planning expertise on major infrastructure programs across the Northeast. Most recently, she prepared a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) environmental assessment for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) Draw One Bridge Replacement project. This historic structure crosses the Charles River in Boston, serving as a crucial rail link between the city and greater New England. The firm provided technical assistance to help MBTA secure the $472 million MPDG Mega grant for the project. Bromberg graduated from Villanova University and is a member of the American Planning Association (APA), for which she presented on a 2022 conference panel on “Planning for Generation Z and the Common Good.”
“As a planner on some of the most complex infrastructure projects in New York and on the East Coast, we know how important it is to engage early and often with stakeholders and the public on every project,” said Bromberg, who joined STV in 2019. “A key part of the environmental review process is refining projects to best meet community needs while minimizing adverse effects to the surrounding environment. I’m honored to be named to this list alongside my colleagues and peers.”
Both Bromberg and Iriarte Noya are featured on Commercial Observer’s website alongside top professionals in commercial real estate.
