MIAMI, FL – STV has been selected by NYU Langone Health to provide owner’s project management (OPM) services for its new ambulatory surgery center in West Palm Beach, advancing the health system’s expansion of outpatient care in South Florida. The eight-story facility will include approximately 181,000 square feet of clinical space, with capacity for 50 physicians and up to 150,000 patient visits annually.
As OPM, STV will provide the complete lifecycle delivery of healthcare construction services from budgeting, design and construction management through activation, aligning clinical, facilities, construction and technology teams to support a seamless opening.
“Outpatient facilities are reshaping how health systems expand access and deliver specialized care closer to patients,” said David Kelly, MHA, vice president and healthcare practice leader for the program management and construction management (PM/CM) group at STV. “Coordinating clinical, operational and construction priorities early helps position facilities like this to scale effectively as demand grows.”
The West Palm Beach facility will offer a range of primary and specialty services including imaging, ambulatory surgery, endoscopy and physical therapy. The project reflects continued investment in outpatient care as health systems expand access and respond to growing demand in high-growth markets across Florida and the Southeast.
STV provides PM/CM services for healthcare clients nationwide, supporting hospitals, ambulatory facilities and campus expansions. The firm has delivered complex healthcare programs including the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hospital Tower, St. Joseph’s Totowa Health Campus and UMass Memorial Health’s standalone Emergency Department.
