STV’s Washington state transportation team recently joined with agency leaders, planners, engineers, and community partners and advocates to celebrate partnership-driven progress while raising funds for safer, more accessible and connected transit at the annual Tuxes & Trains gala at the Seattle Art Museum.

STV was a sponsor and attendee at this year’s gala, which highlighted the coalitions and innovation driving Washington’s major transit expansions as well as the state’s bold safety and climate initiatives. Tuxes & Trains also served as a key fundraiser for Transportation Choices Coalition (TCC), with proceeds supporting the organization’s nonprofit mission to promote policy advocacy, community programs and statewide coalition-building efforts.

“Events like Tuxes & Trains remind us that real progress in transportation happens when public agencies, industry partners and community advocates work together,” said Allison Dane Camden, vice president at STV. “Washington’s future is being shaped by people who believe in collaboration and equity, and STV is proud to support TCC and its mission to bring people together to advocate for safe and sustainable transportation across Washington.”

In addition to community advocacy, STV serves as a key partner to transit agencies in Seattle and the Pacific Northwest, and is actively involved in major mobility and infrastructure projects throughout the state, including  Sound Transit’s light rail expansion and WSDOT’s highway and multimodal improvements.
