NEW YORK, NY – STV today announced that Judy Jones has been promoted as the company’s chief sales officer, a newly created role that will help elevate the firm’s business development and sales operations as a disciplined, data-driven growth engine. Jones will report directly to the CEO and serve on the executive leadership team.

Jones has decades of experience leading national sales, client engagement and strategic growth programs for major infrastructure and engineering organizations. At STV, she has led initiatives that strengthen competitive positioning, elevate client-centric processes and deploy innovative strategies and tools across the business. She previously oversaw national strategic sales for one of the industry’s largest global firms, directing annual new wins of $500 million to $1 billion.
In this new role, Jones will drive STV’s sales operations to support STV’s 2026–2028 Strategic Plan, “Performance Accelerated,” which sharpens the firm’s focus on high-growth markets and geographies, invests in talent and technology and enhances operations to better serve clients as infrastructure demands rise across North America.
Jones is an advocate and champion of the AEC industry, supporting local civic engagement and community events, as well as regional and national market organizations and associations, including Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS), American Public Transit Association (APTA), Society of Marketing Professionals (SMPS) and others.
