STV Welcomes Bryan Williams to Lead Transportation Operations in the Pacific Northwest

SEATTLE, WA – STV, a professional services firm that plans, designs and manages infrastructure projects across North America, announced that Bryan Williams, P.E., has joined the firm as vice president and Pacific Northwest area manager within the firm’s transportation west group. In this role, Williams will lead the transportation market in the Pacific Northwest, managing all local staff, overseeing project delivery, advancing business development activities and nurturing client relationships in the region.

Williams is a professional engineer and project manager with more than 20 years of experience in transportation infrastructure planning, design and construction. He has led multimillion-dollar continuous improvement programs, from the initial planning stages to successful project delivery, with specialty expertise in design-build and alternative delivery. Prior to joining STV, Bryan worked for a global engineering and consulting firm, where he served as a senior project and design manager, overseeing the successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects in the Puget Sound region.

Williams received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University. He is a longstanding member of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) and the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) Washington Chapter, where he is part of the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) and Sound Transit liaison committees.
