Andy Doerflinger, STV’s Oklahoma City water group practice leader, was recently selected to join the Water Environment Federation’s (WEF) Water Leadership Institute (WLI) Class of 2025. This highly competitive program is designed to cultivate emerging leaders in the water sector by providing training in leadership development, strategic communication and collaboration across the water profession.
Doerflinger brings extensive experience in water and wastewater treatment plant design and pump station projects. His leadership has been instrumental in advancing STV’s water practice in the region. His selection for WLI underscores his commitment to professional growth and his dedication to shaping the future of the water industry.
