Frank Greene, FAIA, OAA, NOMA, vice president and justice lead at STV, has been recognized by Correctional News on its inaugural 30 Over 30 Years Experience List, honoring experienced professionals who have made a significant impact on the justice and corrections industry. The list, published in the January/February 2026 issue, celebrates leaders from across the architecture, engineering, construction, corrections operations and vendor sectors whose careers span more than 30 years and who continue to drive progress across the field.

“I am deeply honored to be included among such esteemed professionals whose contributions have shaped justice design and operations,” Greene said. “Throughout my career, I’ve believed that justice facilities should support dignity, safety and rehabilitation, and this recognition underscores the importance of collaboration and thoughtful design in advancing that mission.”

Greene’s career reflects a long-standing commitment to justice facility planning and design. With more than 40 years of experience, he has led innovative projects spanning courthouses, correctional facilities, behavioral health environments and juvenile centers across North America. A nationally respected voice in justice architecture, Greene has advanced human-centered, restorative design approaches that integrate behavioral health considerations with operational excellence – prioritizing safety, dignity and better outcomes for staff, visitors and people in custody.

At STV, Greene guides our justice team in delivering thoughtful, mission-driven solutions that balance community needs with complex operational requirements. He is also an active contributor to the profession, including leadership roles within the American Institute of Architects Academy of Architecture for Justice, and is widely recognized for fostering mentorship and promoting innovative design strategies across the field.
